April 12, 2022 - Today marks the official announcement of Nymi’s new chapter as an Innominds company. For most everyone involved, customers and employees, this change in ownership will not be felt in day-to-day business; however, the impact to our future growth and trajectory is great.
As a wholly-owned independent subsidiary, Nymi will continue to operate out of our Toronto headquarters. Our core team also remains largely the same, except for in those areas where we can expand our team and leverage the extended support from Innominds.

At Nymi, we believe what’s coming next in the tech (r)evolution is a paradigm shift in how people connect to technology. With undeniable synergies in human-centric design and innovation, we are excited to deliver the true value of digital to our customers, current and new. This will include a Canada delivery center for global customers and further expansion into healthcare, construction, logistics, and transportation with vertical-specific use cases.
